We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Monira after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Monira is a financial management software tool that helps users track income and expenses, analyze spending patterns, set budgets and goals, and receive AI-powered financial insights and predictions.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Monira offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. All payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

• Free tier — unlimited transactions, limited AI features (10 messages, 3 deep analyses per month)
• Pro Monthly — $6/month with full AI access (500 messages, unlimited analyses)
• Pro Annual — $59/year (save 18%) with all Pro features
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the current billing period ends
• You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your current billing period
• Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and compliance as Merchant of Record

4. AI Features & Disclaimer

Monira uses artificial intelligence to analyze your financial data and provide insights, predictions, and suggestions. These AI features are powered by third-party providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) configured by our administrators.

• AI usage is subject to monthly limits based on your subscription tier
• We send anonymized financial summaries (not raw personal data) to AI providers
• AI responses are generated in real-time and are not reviewed by humans before delivery

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter into Monira
• You must keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the security of the platform
• Monira does not verify the accuracy of user-entered data and is not liable for decisions made based on incorrect data

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of Monira is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• We never sell your personal or financial data to third parties
• You can export or delete your data at any time through your account settings
• Account deletion removes all associated data from our systems within 30 days

7. Limitation of Liability

Monira is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information provided by the service
• We are not liable for any loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
