1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love Monira. If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

If Monira Pro doesn't meet your expectations within the first 14 days, we'll refund 100% of your payment.
2. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward. Just follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@monira.app within 14 days of your purchase date
- Include the email address associated with your Monira account
- Briefly mention why you'd like a refund (this helps us improve)
- We'll confirm your refund request within 24 hours
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method
We process all refund requests within 24 hours.
3. After 14 Days
After the 14-day refund window has passed, refunds are no longer available for the current billing period.
However, you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll continue to have full Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically switch back to the Free tier.
4. Automatic Renewals
All Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). If you'd like to avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date.
Important
Refund requests for automatic renewal charges must be submitted within 48 hours of the renewal date. After 48 hours, the standard 14-day policy does not apply to renewals.
5. Processing Times
- Refund confirmation — within 24 hours of your request
- Payment processing — 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider
- All refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method
